About the role

Why this role stands out
- You will own meaningful product areas early in your career, with your decisions directly influencing how people use the platform.
- The work sits at the intersection of product management and AI, where new model capabilities can quickly unlock fresh product ideas.
- You will learn alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers who value strong product craft and support growing talent.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of specific parts of the product and work closely with engineering, design, and applied AI teams to move features from concept to release.
- Regularly speak with users, review product data and agent performance metrics, and use those insights to prioritize what should be built, improved, or removed.
- Create detailed specifications, user stories, and rollout plans so the team shares a clear view of the problem, the proposed solution, and how success will be tracked.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate with 0 to 2 years of experience in product management, product analytics, consulting, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and writing ability, with the skill to define problems clearly and bring engineers, designers, and stakeholders to alignment.
- Good understanding of product thinking, user research, and the fundamentals of how AI and machine learning influence product behavior.
- Preferred background includes internship or project experience in product management, associate product management, or product analysis within a tech or AI-focused company.
- Comfort working through ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete decisions in a fast-changing environment where priorities can shift frequently.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL or analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, basic knowledge of LLMs and agent-based products, and experience conducting lightweight user research.
