Job description
Role overview
This is a senior product opportunity for someone based in Germany who will shape how AI and agent-based workflows are designed, coordinated, and scaled inside a modern orchestration platform. The role sits at the center of customer needs, engineering constraints, and product direction, with a strong focus on identifying AI use cases that create real value and turning them into production-ready capabilities.
You will partner closely with founders and experienced engineers in a technically ambitious, fast-moving environment. The position calls for sharp product judgment, the ability to filter out hype, and a practical approach to deciding what deserves to be built. The work will have a direct influence on AI-driven orchestration products used by enterprise customers worldwide and by open-source communities.
Accountabilities
- Create the product direction and roadmap for AI experiences, with emphasis on agents, workflows, and orchestration use cases that matter most.
- Speak with customers and prospects to test assumptions, confirm demand, and ground product ideas in real operational needs.
- Turn validated opportunities into detailed product requirements, reusable approaches, and execution plans together with engineering teams.
- Make decisive build-versus-not-build calls based on evidence, impact, and strategic fit.
- Work side by side with founders, engineers, and customer-facing colleagues so product intent and technical delivery stay aligned.
- Track new AI developments and emerging methods to spot useful opportunities for product improvement.
- Shape AI features so they remain scalable, dependable, and easy to integrate into complex workflow environments.
- Help define a cohesive strategy for the broader AI orchestration platform.
Requirements
- Background as a Product Manager on AI products, developer tooling, or other highly technical platforms.
- Proven experience launching AI-enabled products or features that are actively used by customers in production.
- Strong decision-making ability to separate high-value product opportunities from experimental ideas with limited impact.
- Solid technical understanding of concepts such as agents, LLMs, orchestration, and system integrations, even though hands-on coding is not required.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to define technical requirements and product specs.
- Ability to run customer discovery conversations and convert feedback into product decisions.
- Communication style that is direct, structured, and low on ambiguity.
- Comfort working in early-stage or high-growth environments where priorities move quickly.
- Strong ownership mindset and confidence in making difficult prioritization and rejection decisions.
Benefits
- Fully remote setup with access to coworking spaces around the world.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Home office equipment provided for your workspace.
- Chance to work directly with founders on a fast-scaling AI product.
- High-autonomy role with meaningful influence over roadmap and product direction.
- Hands-on exposure to advanced AI, orchestration systems, and agent-based workflows.
- Collaborative culture with strong engineering depth.
- Flexible working style built for focus and independence.
