Responsibilities

• Conduct new account kickoff sessions to ensure a seamless handover from sales to product management.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business to deliver effective services.
• Manage and plan deployment schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Create and implement high-quality product roadmaps by integrating feedback, data, and company objectives.
• Define, monitor, and communicate key metrics to evaluate product market success.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to define and develop features that address user needs and foster new business opportunities.
• Continuously measure product usage and its impact on business KPIs to suggest improvements.
• Work closely with business leaders to prioritize feature-related projects and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience blending strong technical expertise with customer-oriented approaches.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Solid grasp of data management principles and the ability to explain complex data topics clearly to all levels of stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and analytical tools including SQL, Python, and R.
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA, Zoho, and Zendesk.
• Familiarity with API integration is essential.
• Capable of working independently in a global, dispersed team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communicator able to present product strategies and outcomes clearly to both internal teams and external clients.
• Broad understanding of technology combined with business acumen.
• Experience within credit or lending domains is advantageous.
