- Engage directly with customers to uncover unmet needs, validate product strategies, and make clear product decisions from diverse inputs.
- Track industry and technology trends in distributed systems, orchestration, and AI workload management, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
- Partner with leadership to facilitate product launches, review roadmaps, and craft the overall product narrative.
- Establish tight feedback cycles between customers and engineering teams to enhance performance, usability, and reliability continuously.
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives through product messaging, documentation, blogs, white papers, and presentations.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise.
- Proven success in formulating and delivering long-term product roadmaps beyond quarterly planning.
- Experience with cloud or cluster management technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Slurm, or VMware.
- Familiarity with machine learning systems components including compute hardware, communication layers, and AI toolchains.
- Understanding of machine learning software elements like models, inference engines, orchestration tools, and typical workflows for users and developers.
- Adept at making decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with engineers, executives, and customers.
- Ability to act as an independent contributor driving impact through insight and cross-functional influence.
- Excellent organizational skills managing multiple workstreams without compromising quality or momentum.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% between Germany and the U.S. as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML infrastructure or MLOps, understanding how scheduling supports training, inference, and evaluation pipelines.
- Portfolio showcasing technical writing, product specifications, or public content clarifying complex topics.
- Demonstrable achievements such as shipped products, adoption metrics, customer wins, or performance improvements.
Our Offer
- Opportunity to contribute to building and scaling a rapidly growing AI infrastructure startup.
- Competitive salary complemented by performance-based incentives, subsidized public transit ticket, and access to discounts.
- Flexible, hybrid, and remote-friendly work schedules.
- Flat organizational structure enabling fast decision-making and rapid innovation.
