Role Summary

The Product Manager will spearhead the creation of essential payment and blockchain-related infrastructure, including the development of an On/Off-Ramp Aggregator and a Custody/Crypto Processing Aggregator. This position demands strong ownership of provider integrations, configuration oversight, transaction workflows, and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery through rollout for payment and custody aggregation solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to devise scalable aggregator architectures prioritizing configuration-first design, multi-provider routing, and failover mechanisms.
• Specify integration requirements and work closely with external vendors such as custody providers, on-ramp/off-ramp services, and banking/payment rails.
• Design and maintain comprehensive deposit and withdrawal transaction flows covering validation, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation procedures.
• Lead configuration management activities including provider onboarding, fee modeling, limit setting, geographic restrictions, routing policies, and fallback strategies.
• Ensure robust observability and operational preparedness through monitoring, alerting, transaction status tracking, error handling, and incident management protocols.
• Develop product requirements addressing compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention, including KYC handoffs, AML policies, and transaction screening.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation encompassing PRDs, functional specifications, flowcharts, API specs, and release notes.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Drive the product delivery roadmap, manage prioritization, and oversee execution aligned with evolving business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ product management experience within fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, or trading infrastructure domains.
• In-depth understanding of payment processing systems, including card payments, bank transfers, PSP integrations, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Practical knowledge of blockchain transactions covering wallets, addresses, confirmation processes, gas fees, transaction states, failure handling, chain reorganizations, and transaction pending scenarios.
• Strong grasp of centralized exchange deposit and withdrawal orchestration.
• Experience collaborating with custody services and crypto processing platforms.
• Ability to formulate precise product specifications for backend-intensive systems and infrastructure services.
• Demonstrated capability managing multiple vendor integrations simultaneously under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills facilitating decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
