Product Manager

About the Role

Revidd is seeking a dedicated Product Manager to steer the roadmap, oversee execution, and manage the release cycle of its core platform products based in Visakhapatnam office. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position demands ownership of translating customer insights, market trends, and organizational priorities into executable plans and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases through meticulous coordination and robust quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and own the product roadmap and plan quarterly releases aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Lead agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and monitor delivery progress.
• Decompose large requirements into detailed epics and user stories, specifying clear acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads and solution architects to establish accurate timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and manage dependencies.
• Manage the release process, incorporating version planning, release documentation, go/no-go decisions, and post-release analysis.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize feature requests effectively.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor benchmarking to maintain product competitiveness.
• Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance practices including user acceptance testing readiness, regression protocols, and release checklists.

AI-First Product Vision

• Champion AI-driven enhancements throughout OTT, live, and playout workflows to streamline video operations, content and analytics workflows, support, personalization, and quality assurance.
• Define AI-enabled product experiences that simplify complexity and reduce manual effort for users, backed by measurable success indicators.
• Collaborate with engineering and data/AI teams to evaluate feasibility, specify data needs, and guide incremental product development from MVP to full scale.
• Ensure the development of AI features complies with standards for quality, security, privacy, and reliability, delivering tangible customer benefits.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years experience in product management with proven ownership of full product lifecycle and roadmap execution.
• Experience working in startup environments with strong accountability and hands-on involvement.
• Solid understanding of video streaming technologies and related platform workflows including OTT, live streaming, and playout systems.
• Proven success working collaboratively with engineering teams within agile frameworks for delivery and release management.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, effective communication, and prioritizing competing tasks.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous challenges into well-defined requirements, milestones, and expected outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or YouTrack for project and product management.
• Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and formulating product positioning in B2B SaaS domains.
• Prior involvement in launching AI-powered product features or leading AI-focused workflow transformations.
