Product Management Intern - Shopee (Fall 2025)

Job Overview

Join Shopee as a Product Management Intern, collaborating with cross-departmental teams including Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to transform ideas into live products. The role involves developing product solutions for both internal and external users, encompassing the ideation, analysis, proposal, launch, and ongoing maintenance of application products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to bring product ideas to fruition.
• Design and implement product offerings addressing both internal and external user needs.
• Utilize data to analyze customer behavior and feature performance to support Product Managers in prioritization and impact estimation.
• Monitor product adoption, track key performance indicators, and identify essential metrics to recommend future product iterations.
• Work closely with designers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, and writing capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development processes and/or hands-on experience is advantageous.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis to extract insights and guide decision-making.
• Flexible and open to adapting within a dynamic, evolving work environment.
• Preference for full-time interns available for 3-6 months; part-time interns committing at least three working days weekly are also encouraged to apply.
