Product Engineer (Fullstack Developer)

About the Role and Company

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join withyou, an innovative team based in Frankfurt am Main dedicated to redefining software delivery with AI integration. This primarily office-based position offers a collaborative environment where fast, effective decision-making and continuous operational improvement are valued. Participation in our employee VSOP is included along with an annual gross salary ranging from €70,000 to €80,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Own client projects and architect, build, and enhance modern web applications encompassing both frontend and backend.
• Incorporate AI tools and large language model functionalities pragmatically into client-facing solutions and internal workflows.
• Design comprehensive systems including APIs, services, and data models beyond isolated features.
• Maintain and advance existing products, internal tools, and the overall Platform.
• Make informed and well-grounded technical decisions selecting appropriate technologies based on specific challenges.
• Engage directly with clients, founders, and business stakeholders while actively contributing to improving our software development processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over eight years of solid software development experience with proven fullstack web development projects.
• Energy, curiosity, and dedication towards shaping the future of AI-powered software development.
• Hands-on experience developing modern web applications across frontend and backend disciplines.
• Strong grasp of APIs, databases, software architecture, and system design principles.
• Capability to learn rapidly across new technology stacks, tools, and domains.
• Skillful in translating ambiguous requirements into practical technical implementations.
• A sincere interest in leveraging AI as a productive tool beyond mere trends.
• Highly independent work style, fully capable of managing responsibilities autonomously.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud architecture environments.
• Experience with automation practices such as continuous integration/delivery, testing, deployment, or optimizing internal workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and React.js frameworks.
