About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful Product Director based in Singapore to establish and lead our product and pre-sales team. This role will be responsible for defining strategy, designing solutions, and driving go-to-market initiatives for our portfolio of Servers (AI/x86) and Network Switches across the Asia-Pacific region. You will act as the key liaison between overseas customers including Hyperscalers, Telcos, and IDCs, and our internal R&D and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and direct the product strategy and roadmap for Servers (AI/x86/Edge) and Switches (Data Center/Campus) throughout APAC.
- Lead solution design efforts and manage RFP/RFQ processes, crafting technical proposals aimed at major clients like hyperscalers, telcos, and enterprises.
- Function as the primary interface connecting APAC clients and internal teams from initial requirements gathering through delivery.
- Build and expand the Singapore-based product and pre-sales engineering teams from inception.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years in Product Management or senior pre-sales roles within the ICT sector.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Essential hands-on expertise in Servers (AI/x86/Storage) or Network Switch Technology (especially Data Center switching or ASIC platforms).
- Demonstrable track record working with ODM/OEM or white-box infrastructure for hyperscalers, telcos, or IDCs, preferably in Southeast Asia (Singapore or Malaysia).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with global clients and cross-border internal teams.
- Strong presentation abilities paired with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
Additional Information
Location: Singapore, covering Singapore, Malaysia, and broader APAC regions.
Annual Salary: Between 1,500,000 and 2,000,000 RMB.
