General Manager - Head of AIDC Business Unit (Overseas)

We seek a visionary and high-impact General Manager to lead our AI Data Center (AIDC) Business Unit for overseas operations from Singapore. This role involves entrepreneurial leadership to drive global strategy, infrastructure scaling, and commercial ecosystem development across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overseas AIDC business strategy, holding full profit and loss responsibility for revenue, profitability, and market share in targeted regions.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with leading technology corporations, hyperscale providers, Tier-1 cloud services, and AI foundational model developers to foster adoption of computing power solutions.
• Manage acquisition of critical overseas resources such as land, high-voltage power allocations, and green energy infrastructures, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks.
• Form and lead high-performing cross-border teams, overseeing complete project lifecycles including site selection, design, international engineering procurement and construction (EPC) management, and ongoing operations of large-scale computing facilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in data centers, cloud computing, or digital infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading mega-scale overseas data center projects (100MW+) from inception to completion, with strong expertise in international EPC management and cross-border supply chain coordination.
• Outstanding negotiation and cross-cultural leadership capabilities, adept at government relations and securing complex multi-million-dollar commercial deals.
• Fluent English communication skills, essential for primary working interactions.
