Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to lead the complete user experience journey for Predicate's core applications. The successful candidate will gain a profound understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and challenges to craft intuitive and effective design solutions. These designs will directly inform and guide engineering efforts, making a significant impact on how users engage with Predicate's technology. Collaboration across teams is essential to ensure user-centered, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of user experience design for Predicate's applications.
• Produce detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively convey design ideas.
• Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team to translate design concepts into functional products.
• Regularly refine designs based on user feedback, analytical insights, and evolving market dynamics.

Candidate Profile

• At least four years of experience delivering digital product designs to production.
• Demonstrated capability to independently progress design concepts into finalized products.
• Strong ability to articulate design strategies clearly and succinctly.
• A sense of ownership and commitment to high-quality standards in design.
