Job description
Job Overview
This full-time student role is based in Toronto, Ontario, on-site, and spans from September to December 2026. The position offers an hourly wage ranging between $18.50 and $28.50. The role entails collaborating with the digital UX design team to elevate the user interface design for both web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the UX product design process including user journey mapping, wireframe creation, visual design, and prototyping activities
- Assist in conducting and analyzing UX/UI optimization tests
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Incorporate accessible design standards including AODA and WCAG compliance
- Promote user experience best practices across multiple teams and platforms
Candidate Profile
- A keen interest in product design, user experience, design management, psychology, or human-computer interaction
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication skills for idea sharing and collaborative work
- High attention to detail and excellent time management to handle several priorities concurrently
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical designs
- Experience working collaboratively within an agile development environment
