Position Overview
Based in Toronto, this full-time student role offers a unique chance to engage in strategic projects within the fast-paced realm of digital sports. Occurring from September to December 2026, you will contribute to innovation, research, marketing, and operational planning efforts that advance key priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze both internal and external datasets to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute innovative analytical and research solutions.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports for a range of stakeholders.
- Assist in the formulation and refinement of business strategies, marketing campaigns, and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams to address complex challenges and produce meaningful results.
- Engage in continual learning and professional growth within a supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or undergraduate program, preferably in Finance, Analytics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of financial and statistical modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with fundamental business concepts such as market sizing, metrics, and customer insights.
- Understanding of marketing, product management, or strategic principles in digital, retail, or consumer-facing contexts.
- Capability to interpret data insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with influence over senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Alteryx is advantageous.
- A self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, agile, and collaborative settings.
