Role overview
Join a structured UX/UI product design pathway aimed at people who want to shape digital products, apps, and web experiences without moving into coding-heavy work. The program is designed for career changers, junior talent, and associate-level designers who want to build practical product design skills and move into their first role in the field.
What you will work on
- Guide design work end to end and coordinate closely with developers, stakeholders, and other contributors to create user-centered solutions.
- Take part in recurring team check-ins to share progress and keep the design direction aligned with expectations.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Translate research findings into personas and customer journeys that support the design process.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore ideas, test them with users, and refine concepts.
- Plan and run usability tests to check whether interfaces are easy to understand and use.
- Use testing insights and feedback to improve the user interface and overall product experience.
- Design the product’s look and feel as well as how it works, ensuring the experience is visually appealing and practical.
- Monitor how users interact with the product and use those observations to make design improvements.

Additional information
The next course is starting soon and seats are still available. The training runs remotely/online in German and is organized as a bootcamp. It can be completed alongside work. A mentor supports you through the program, and you will simulate work inside product teams during the training. After four months, you can enter digital product teams as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer with a certificate.
