Job Overview
This contract opportunity for a UI/UX Designer offers remote work with flexible weekly hours ranging from 10 to 40. Compensation varies between $22 and $70 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, assess, and provide constructive feedback on engaging user interfaces and experiences across multiple digital platforms.
- Analyze usability and functionality of AI-driven products, recommending improvements for better user interaction.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flow diagrams to conceptualize and test AI training interface designs.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions aligned with project goals.
- Clearly document and present design choices verbally and in written form to stakeholders.
- Engage in iterative design cycles by integrating data analysis and user feedback for continuous enhancement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success as a UX/UI Designer with a substantial portfolio showcasing user-focused design for web or mobile apps.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
- Strong knowledge of UX research techniques, usability testing, and iterative design methods.
- Able to effectively incorporate feedback and swiftly adjust designs in response to changing project needs.
- Understanding of accessible and inclusive design standards and best practices.
