Product Designer (UI/UX) for SaaS

Responsibilities

• Create top-tier, user-focused interface designs utilizing the company's existing Design System.
• Continuously enhance the Design System by developing and integrating new reusable components and elements as the platform grows.
• Lead the design efforts for new modules and upcoming product features from conception through to handoff for development.
• Collaborate across teams by iterating designs based on regular feedback from Developers, QA, and Product Leadership ensuring technical feasibility and excellent user experience.
• Address ad-hoc design requests and produce additional platform assets to support smooth development progress.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency with Figma for comprehensive UI/UX design processes.
• Extensive experience working within a Design System composed of scalable, reusable components and elements.
• Ability to effectively maintain, organize, and expand a Design System in Figma without disrupting linked designs.
• Capability to accept feedback constructively and make swift adjustments driven by technical or QA needs.
• Fluency in German and English at a C1 level.
