We are seeking a Graphic Designer who views operational design not just as execution, but as a strategic capability within marketing. This role requires someone who delivers quickly, reinforces visual standards, and translates complex technology topics into clear, high-quality assets. Almato, headquartered in Stuttgart, is a European leader in AI-powered semantic data platforms. Our flagship product, Bardioc, offers a sovereign and powerful semantic data platform available as a robust Platform as a Service (PaaS). Approximately 200 employees support clients across business, public sector, and defense alongside leading partners in data science, security, and solution development. Job Responsibilities
- Design presentations, slide decks, and master deck components
- Create sales enablement materials including one-pagers, solution sheets, and product graphics
- Develop social media visuals, LinkedIn graphics, carousels, and campaign assets
- Produce event materials, exhibition graphics, and digital assets
- Craft website graphics, infographics, and illustrations
- Build and maintain Canva templates for internal use
- Organize image databases, asset libraries, and reusable design elements
- Perform quality checks on marketing materials prior to release
- Utilize AI tools for concept development, image editing, variant creation, and design preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of visual communication for complex technology products
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and ideally Figma or Canva
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, and brand communication
- Experience using AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney
- Structured working style with a high standard of quality
- Fluent in German and good command of English
