Role Overview

The Product Designer / Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting visually appealing and user-centered designs that enhance digital products alongside brand communications. This position merges creative artistry, principles of user experience, and storytelling to deliver engaging and functional design outputs across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user interfaces, user experiences, marketing collateral, digital assets, and brand materials that align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, icons, illustrations, and visual layouts ensuring design consistency in typography, color, spacing, and overall language.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and stakeholders to transform business needs into intuitive and visually compelling designs.
  • Support the establishment and upkeep of design systems, style guides, and reusable components to maintain uniformity across products and campaigns.
  • Conduct design research, collect user feedback, and apply usability principles to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Contribute to branding projects, campaign ideas, presentation assets, and multimedia content for digital and print media.
  • Continually improve through staying updated on the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices while refining creative workflows and design quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge in graphic design, visual communication, and UX principles, capable of delivering creative and practical user-focused designs.
  • Proficient with industry-standard design and prototyping software to create digital interfaces, marketing material, illustrations, and visual elements.
  • Understanding of design systems, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards is beneficial.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, layout composition, branding, and visual hierarchy with meticulous attention to consistency in deliverables.
  • Ability to convert concepts, business requirements, and user needs into precise visual artifacts such as wireframes, mockups, and production-ready designs.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills fostering effective collaboration and professional presentation of design concepts.
  • Strong organizational talents and time management ensuring multiple projects progress efficiently with deadlines met in a dynamic work setting.
