Role overview

This position blends product design and graphic design to shape digital experiences that are easy to use, visually polished, and aligned with business goals. The designer will help improve usability, reinforce brand identity, and create design work that supports both products and marketing efforts.

What you will do

  • Design interfaces, user journeys, and experiences that feel intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Create branding assets, digital creatives, marketing materials, presentations, and promotional visuals.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, detailed mockups, icons, illustrations, and final production graphics.
  • Keep all design output aligned with brand rules and established design systems.
  • Work with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to turn business needs and user expectations into effective design solutions.
  • Contribute to design systems, reusable components, style guides, and visual standards across products and platforms.
  • Carry out user research, usability testing, competitor reviews, and design assessments to uncover improvements in experience, accessibility, and product quality.
  • Review feedback and design performance indicators to refine interfaces and continuously enhance usability.
  • Support branding work, creative campaigns, and other cross-functional design initiatives.
  • Stay current with new design trends, technologies, accessibility practices, and industry standards.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong command of product design, UX/UI, interaction design, graphic design, branding, visual communication, and user-centered design methods. They should be able to create digital experiences that are both engaging and aesthetically balanced.

Experience with common design, prototyping, illustration, and collaboration tools is important for producing wireframes, prototypes, design systems, marketing assets, and final visuals. Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility requirements, and design system upkeep is an added advantage.

A solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency is essential, along with a high level of attention to detail.

The role also requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving ability to convert research findings, business objectives, and stakeholder input into practical and innovative design outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills are needed to explain design choices, participate in cross-functional discussions, and contribute effectively across the full product development cycle.

Strong organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage several design tasks at once are important in a fast-moving, collaborative, and outcome-focused environment.
