About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and meticulous Product Designer / Graphic Designer to craft engaging digital experiences and striking visual content across multiple platforms. This position merges user-focused product design with solid graphic design expertise to create intuitive user interfaces, impactful brand assets, and visually uniform marketing materials. Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually attractive interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-quality designs.
- Produce graphic elements for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Carry out user research, analyze feedback, and integrate insights to improve design.
- Develop user-centric solutions that improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
- Create icons, illustrations, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
- Prepare production-ready design files ensuring consistency across digital and print formats.
- Support product launches by designing marketing assets and visual communications.
- Keep current with emerging design trends, UI/UX best practices, typography, color theory, and accessibility guidelines.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-department collaborations.
- Refine designs based on testing results, data analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and consistency requirements across platforms.
- Contribute innovative ideas that enhance product functionality and reinforce brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design foundations, including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Expertise with design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalents.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design practices.
- Awareness of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of branding, identity design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Capability to create compelling digital graphics, marketing materials, and presentation visuals.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality visual designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
