Role Overview

We seek a creative, user-oriented UI/UX Designer skilled at crafting engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities

Design user-centered interfaces for applications across web, mobile, and multiple platforms.
Create detailed user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity design visuals.
Perform user research, usability testing, and competitive assessments to discover user needs and design improvements.
Develop intuitive navigation and interaction models to uplift the overall user experience.
Construct and maintain scalable design systems, including UI components and style guides.
Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Convert business needs and user feedback into pragmatic, aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Develop interactive prototypes to showcase concepts and demonstrate user interactions.
Ensure design compliance with accessibility standards, responsive design best practices, and usability guidelines.
Evaluate implemented designs for visual consistency and quality assurance.
Analyze user behaviors, product metrics, and testing data to continuously refine user experiences.
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and strategic product discussions by contributing inventive design ideas.
Prepare detailed design specifications and provide assets to development teams.
Maintain brand consistency across multiple products.
Keep informed of the latest trends, tools, and best industry practices in UI/UX design.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
Proficiency using design and prototyping software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
Experience producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
Understanding of responsive design concepts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guide development.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout organization, and visual hierarchy principles.
Capability to conduct user research, usability evaluations, and interpret findings effectively.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end development is advantageous.
Analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving aptitude.
