Design Team and Role Overview
The design team places user experience at its core, working in cross-functional squads alongside engineering and product teams. Designers are fully involved from problem definition through research and testing, promoting a seamless, accessible product. This position seeks a Product Designer experienced in B2B products, especially in fintech or SaaS, who excels at solving real customer problems through collaboration and user insight.
Responsibilities and Growth Path
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback and data to uncover actionable insights.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, balancing technical constraints with project goals to iterate designs.
- Communicate design ideas clearly and share knowledge throughout the team and company.
- Create high-quality visual designs for complex systems encompassing multiple modules and data structures.
- Document design decisions, advocate solutions, manage project timelines, and address challenges collaboratively.
- Generate new ideas to enhance products, processes, and team culture.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to recruitment efforts.
- Conduct all user interviews in fluent French, with strong English communication skills.
Onboarding and Development Timeline
- Within the first month: Deep immersion into company, product, design principles, and team members.
- Within three months: Lead discovery and user research, deliver consistent design output aligned with product scope and design system, support peer reviews and cross-team initiatives.
- Within six months: Mentor junior designers, participate in hiring, and actively benchmark UX/UI best practices globally.

Recruitment Process
- Portfolio review.
- Initial 30-minute screening interview with recruitment team.
