Job description
About Us
Grind is a London-based coffee company that has expanded from its Shoreditch origins in 2011 to multiple cafés, coffee trucks, and a cutting-edge roastery. We serve millions of coffee cups annually across London and the UK and have helped countless customers enjoy more sustainable coffee at home. Our product range includes coffee beans, compostable pods, and ready-to-drink coffee, available in supermarkets across the UK and hotels worldwide.
Our Shoreditch team includes experts spanning product development, finance, and customer experience, all committed to advancing Grind’s future. We are driven by a mission to be the most sustainable coffee brand globally, demonstrated by initiatives like the UK's first compostable coffee pods, plastic-free packaging, and carbon-neutral shipping. In 2023, we founded the Better Coffee Foundation to address the environmental impacts of the coffee industry, recovering ocean-bound plastic equivalent to 43 million pods in its inaugural year.
Our growing ecommerce platform features a successful subscription model, and we seek passionate individuals to join us during this expansion.
