Role Overview
This newly established position aims to handle the expanded scope and regulatory complexities of product compliance, sustainability, and data systems within Stio4's growing product lines. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams (Materials, PLM, Legal, Operations, Brand) to maintain product integrity, transparency, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME and administrator for Centric PLM, managing configuration, workflows, training, and field development.
- Govern Pimberly PIM for accurate material data, seasonal readiness, and automated data exports ensuring mapping consistency across platforms.
- Lead product compliance efforts including care labeling, fiber content verification, country-of-origin compliance, PFAS and CPSIA documentation, and CAFTA adherence.
- Maintain awareness and briefing on evolving safety and chemical regulations relevant to products.
- Support wholesale customer compliance requirements and manage Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiatives for EU regulatory adherence.
- Oversee preferred materials certification audit programs and sustainability measurement platforms such as HIGG/Worldly and Change Climate tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional sustainability goals, carbon data collection (Scope 3.1), annual surveys (OIA/CAC), and regulatory reporting including EPA PFAS Rule and California climate legislation.
- Serve as internal liaison for regulatory inquiries concerning material chemistry and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Product Operations, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain, product compliance, sustainability operations, or PLM administration preferably within apparel or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong background in managing compliance programs covering PFAS, fiber content, labeling, and certifications.
- Proficiency with supply chain transparency, sustainability certifications, and exposure to PLM systems (Centric preferred).
- Excellent project management skills handling competing deadlines and detailed systems thinking for process development.
