Product and Strategy Manager

Role Overview

The Product and Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and managing insurance products tailored for the Bancassurance channel to enhance business expansion and customer base growth. This role includes collaborating closely with banking partners and internal departments to devise and implement effective product and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and refine insurance products aimed at the Bancassurance segment to stimulate business growth and attract customers.
• Partner with banks and internal teams to strategize and execute product development and business initiatives.
• Generate, update, and evaluate MIS reports, sales tracking data, productivity statistics, and dashboards to gauge business performance.
• Design and oversee dashboards for various departments such as Sales, Operations, HR, Product, and Executive Leadership to facilitate informed decision-making supported by data.
• Lead workforce planning efforts by monitoring staff counts, productivity levels, recruitment needs, turnover rates, and resource deployment.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators including product results, profitability, and channel efficiency, providing insights for improvement.
• Perform competitive and market analyses to pinpoint areas for growth and inform strategic planning.
• Deliver regular business performance reports, operational updates, and strategic proposals to senior leadership.
