Job description
Overview
This opportunity is being handled on behalf of a partner organization, which will take care of application review and all subsequent recruitment steps. The hiring company is seeking a Product Analyst for the Muslima product, with the role based in France and operating in a remote-first setup.
The position centers on using data to shape product decisions for a large-scale social discovery platform serving millions of users around the world. You’ll investigate user and product behavior, spot meaningful trends, and surface opportunities that can improve engagement and business performance. The work blends analytical depth with product thinking, turning raw numbers into practical recommendations and experiments that can be acted on quickly.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys experimentation, statistical analysis, and product optimization in a fast-paced, internationally distributed environment. You will contribute to testing strategy, growth analysis, and revenue modeling while helping teams make confident, evidence-based decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Review product performance indicators regularly to identify unusual changes, patterns, and early signs of shifting performance.
- Plan, validate, and interpret A/B experiments with strong statistical discipline and dependable conclusions.
- Help define, rank, and test product ideas by using insights grounded in data.
- Work through large datasets to uncover growth opportunities and relationships that may not be immediately obvious.
- Track key unit economics such as LTV, CAC, and ARPU across different user cohorts.
- Create forecasting and impact models to estimate revenue and broader business outcomes for new features and initiatives.
- Partner closely with product and growth teams to support experimentation and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline.
- Strong grasp of probability and statistical methods as applied to real-world analysis.
- Practical experience using SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design and analyze A/B tests in a product or growth setting.
- Good working knowledge of marketing and product metrics, with hands-on application experience.
- A proactive, independent analytical approach with the ability to spot opportunities without waiting for direction.
- Capability to draw conclusions from complex datasets and present them as clear business guidance.
Benefits
- Fully remote role within a globally distributed team.
- Competitive pay to be discussed during the hiring process.
- 28 days of annual leave, plus 7 wellness days each year.
- Financial assistance for training, conferences, and industry events.
- Corporate discounts for English language learning.
- Health benefits or yearly health-related support, depending on the arrangement.
- Equipment support or reimbursement for setting up a remote workspace, based on location.
- Referral bonuses for successful candidate recommendations.
- Internal recognition and rewards that can be exchanged for perks and experiences.
