Producer (w/m/d) - Reality Show Production

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, courageous, and passionate Producer (w/m/d) to join us starting mid-August for a new reality format abroad. The role is based in Cologne and requires onsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design and conceptualization of program content.
• Generate and develop ideas and concepts for the show and collaborate with your team for their realization.
• Define and shape the visual language and artistic concept of the format.
• Manage the content planning and execution of the shows.
• Hold final content responsibility in coordination with the Executive Director and serve as the liaison with the broadcaster throughout production.
• Lead and coordinate the editorial team and manage editorial workflows.

Qualifications and Profile

• Extensive professional experience in TV producing, especially in the show genre.
• Preferably familiar with directing and skilled in creating innovative and entertaining concepts, expressing them through visual storytelling.
• Strong intuition for engaging stories, effective narrative structures, and audience interests.
• Highly organized, adaptable in unforeseen situations, diplomatic, skilled in negotiation, with excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
