• Adhere strictly to food safety and cold chain practices, including temperature monitoring and proper handling aligned with expiry dates.
• Manage stocking duties by replenishing and arranging merchandise, employing product protection as needed, and setting displays such as modulars and shelf caps to sustain full shelves.
• Observe health and safety policies to maintain a secure, clean workplace.
• Be adaptable to varied shifts - including evenings, weekends, and holidays - to support store operations and consistent customer service.

Challenges in This Role

• Effectively handle the fast-paced, high-volume restocking demands, including overnight shifts, while maintaining focus and energy.
• Meet physical demands such as extended standing, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive actions like stocking and organizing products consistently with attention to detail to uphold store quality standards.

Compensation

The position starts at an hourly rate of $18.05.
