Role Overview

Based at the Murarrie Trade Counter, you will assist engineers, project managers, and other trades professionals by providing access to the refrigeration and plumbing products they require to maintain vital services. Your role also encompasses broader branch support activities to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate product information both face-to-face and over the phone
• Prepare quotations for customers promptly
• Support inventory management through pick packing and stock control
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the branch environment
• Occasionally deliver products to customers using company vehicles

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, with a passion for helping customers in person and via phone
• Individuals without direct experience but with enthusiasm to learn are also welcomed
• Ability to pick orders accurately, organize shop floor displays, and provide reliable product information
• Comfortable using computers and open to learning new software systems
• Holds a clean and valid driver's license
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
• Keen to grow a career locally, within the Reece group network, or at head office
