Procurement Executive

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive to spearhead sourcing and supply chain activities within our oil and gas operations. The position involves identifying, assessing, and acquiring premium materials, goods, and services that satisfy company and client standards. Emphasis will be on cost optimization, punctual delivery, robust supplier relationship management, and adherence to financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and implement strategic procurement initiatives aligned with operational needs in the oil and gas sector.
• Effectively negotiate contracts and manage vendors to secure beneficial terms and sustained partnerships.
• Utilize the NIPEX Portal proficiently to execute procurement processes.
• Maintain strict budget control while ensuring timely procurement of required materials.
• Manage materials, inventory, and supply chain workflows with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
• Leverage data analytics and ERP systems, including SAP, alongside MS Office tools to enhance procurement functions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of oil and gas market trends, commodities, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Hold a professional procurement or supply chain certification (mandatory).
• MBA or MSc degrees are considered advantageous.
• Have between five and eight years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience within the oil and gas industry.
