Role summary

As a Process Associate focused on Order to Cash (O2C), you will handle order management and receivables activities. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts and a strong focus on service quality, timelines, and process adherence.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the activities involved in the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
  • Manage order processing and receivables-related operations.
  • Identify possible risks or issues and recommend the right corrective actions.
  • Ensure work is completed within agreed SLA commitments and deadlines.
  • Handle order fulfilment, collections, and cash-related payments.
  • Respond to queries and complete follow-up actions as required.
  • Support reporting and day-to-day operational execution with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Any graduate may apply; a commerce background with exposure to accounts receivable is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles.
  • Ability to manage order fulfilment, collections, and cash payments.
  • Comfort with working in shifts.
  • Strong command of MS Office tools and applications.
  • Capability to work against targets and tight timelines.
  • Ability to adapt to change and contribute to change management efforts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and proactive in approach.
