Role summary
As a Process Associate focused on Order to Cash (O2C), you will handle order management and receivables activities. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts and a strong focus on service quality, timelines, and process adherence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities involved in the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
- Manage order processing and receivables-related operations.
- Identify possible risks or issues and recommend the right corrective actions.
- Ensure work is completed within agreed SLA commitments and deadlines.
- Handle order fulfilment, collections, and cash-related payments.
- Respond to queries and complete follow-up actions as required.
- Support reporting and day-to-day operational execution with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Any graduate may apply; a commerce background with exposure to accounts receivable is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting concepts and principles.
- Ability to manage order fulfilment, collections, and cash payments.
- Comfort with working in shifts.
- Strong command of MS Office tools and applications.
- Capability to work against targets and tight timelines.
- Ability to adapt to change and contribute to change management efforts.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset for teamwork.
- Self-driven, energetic, and proactive in approach.
