We are looking to hire Process Associates for a challenging International Voice Process focusing on US Healthcare. Qualifications and Eligibility

• Qualification: Any undergraduate or graduate; both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Preferred Educational Background: BCA and MBA graduates are eligible
• Not Eligible: B.Tech and M.Tech graduates
• Experience: Freshers preferred; candidates with up to 2 years of experience also eligible
• Excellent English communication skills are required
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed CTC of 3,00,000 INR per annum
• In-hand monthly salary approximately between 19,000 and 20,000 INR
• Relocation bonus of 25,000 INR offered with a 12-month clawback period
• Shift allowance up to 3,000 INR per month
