About the Role

The role involves healthcare administration services with shift timings that include rotational and night shifts, working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global healthcare teams to oversee day-to-day administration across various healthcare facilities.
• Assist in essential functions such as budgeting, maintaining documentation, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Facilitate coordination of resources and support international healthcare application processes.
• Manage electronic submissions including Life Cycle Management and filing of new applications.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in any non-technical field such as BA, BCom, BBA, or equivalent.
• Only fresh graduates from 2025 or 2026 pass-outs are eligible, with submission of all academic semester mark sheets (either fully online or a mix with final semester online).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts.
• Required documents include complete academic transcripts up to the final semester, Aadhar card, and PAN card with no outstanding courses.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly CTC of INR 21,100, inclusive of Provident Fund and Accidental Insurance coverage.
