Job Overview
We are seeking to hire 300 Assembly Associates for a prominent automotive manufacturing company located in Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This full-time opportunity comes with a 12-month contract under 2COMS payroll and offers positions in a fully air-conditioned manufacturing plant focused on automobile component assembly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive wire harnesses and various auto parts following company quality criteria.
- Perform assembly tasks while standing for the entire shift.
- Meet daily production targets maintaining high-quality standards.
- Use assembly tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Comply with safety guidelines and maintain discipline in the workplace.
- Keep the workstation clean and well organized.
- Assist supervisors in reaching daily production objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification ranging from 8th pass up to Graduate or Diploma or ITI.
- Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals.
- Applicants must be able to join immediately.
- Physically able to perform standing duties throughout shifts.
- Gender distribution: 70% male and 30% female candidates.
Shift and Working Conditions
- Work schedule consists of 6 working days per week with one weekly off on rotation.
- Shifts available: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (assigned one shift).
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹13,000.
- Monthly attendance bonus of ₹1,000.
- Approximately ₹1.68 lakh annual CTC.
- Company-provided hostel accommodation available with a deduction of ₹1,200 monthly.
- Free transportation provided for commuting.
- Complimentary lunch provided; dinner available at a subsidized rate (₹48), breakfast at personal expense.
