Role overview
Private Wealth Management (PWM) works with high-net-worth individuals, their families, family offices, and foundations to protect and grow wealth over the long term. The team helps clients build tailored asset allocation strategies based on their risk profile and gives them access to a broad range of investment ideas, wealth management solutions, private banking, and trust services.
What this role contributes
As a Wealth Management Professional, you will provide client service support and help sales teams with day-to-day operations tied to onboarding new accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and managing liquidity needs. You will partner with Private Wealth Advisors and act as a link across the wider PWM support ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Use prior operational experience to support a growing business area.
- Work alongside Private Wealth Advisors to support their PWM client relationships.
- Spot opportunities for wealth advisory support and help coordinate those services across the client book.
- Assist with advisory business setup and portfolio rebalancing activities.
- Monitor cash positions and support private banking services within client accounts.
- Act as a central point of contact with internal teams that support the PWM business.
- Organize and oversee the new account onboarding process.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a relevant professional environment.
- Comfortable using MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Very strong organizational ability with close attention to detail and a solid follow-through mindset.
- Capable of managing several projects at once while handling conflicting deadlines.
- Collaborative, dependable, and able to contribute positively as part of a team.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to stay effective in a fast-moving, high-pressure setting.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly across different industries and business contexts.
- Self-starter who can evaluate situations and make sound independent judgments.
