Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new investment opportunities across diverse healthcare subsegments.
• Develop and sustain complex financial models, valuation studies, and investment documentation.
• Perform comprehensive commercial, financial, and operational due diligence.
• Support transaction processes by coordinating with executive teams, lenders, and external consultants.
• Track performance of portfolio companies and assist with strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing value.
• Conduct industry and market research to pinpoint emerging investment prospects.

Qualifications

• Between one to four years of experience in investment banking or private equity involving substantial transaction exposure.
• Experience dealing with healthcare transactions is advantageous, though exceptional candidates with broad exposure will also be considered.
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Highly driven, meticulous, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced investment environment.
• A bachelor's degree with strong academic achievements.
