Role Overview

Adobe is hiring a senior Programme Manager / Principal Project Manager for its Professional Services team in Riyadh. In this strategic governance-focused role, you will guide executive-level engagement, oversee digital transformation governance, and help realize measurable value from enterprise programs across the Middle East.

This is a senior individual contributor role that supports C-suite executives and vice presidents. You will help customers shape the right platform vision, transformation roadmap, operating model, and Centers of Excellence (CoE) structure so they can scale digital experiences successfully.

The position also involves working closely with Adobe’s sales organization to explain the value of strong governance, well-developed CoEs, and structured transformation plans. Your work will help account teams position Adobe’s strategic transformation approach and drive long-term customer success.

Work Location and Schedule

The job is based in KAFD, Riyadh. The role follows a 40-hour work week and is onsite.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide executive governance across Adobe programs for enterprise and government customers, keeping delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Help customers set up, improve, and scale Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence so they can standardize best practices, build sustainable governance, and support innovation.
  • Lead programs end to end, coordinating multiple workstreams across Experience Cloud, data platforms, content supply chain, and digital experience operations.
  • Act as the main contact for strategic customers and build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Work with Adobe Sales to communicate the value of Adobe’s transformation model, governance structures, CoE maturity, and phased roadmaps.
  • Run strategic workshops, steering committees, and executive-level sessions to keep stakeholders aligned and reduce delivery risk.
  • Track program health, KPIs, and business value outcomes, and share clear updates with customer leaders and Adobe teams.
  • Maintain delivery discipline across schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services and new value creation.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Global Services teams to anticipate customer needs and select the right delivery approach.
  • Spot chances to improve solutions, introduce new use cases, and accelerate maturity using Adobe technologies and proven practices.
  • Use Adobe’s services methodology, coach others on it, and contribute to continuous improvement in how the team works.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 10 years of experience managing projects within consulting or technology professional services environments.
  • Prior consulting exposure with high-tech customers is preferred.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence managers, directors, vice presidents, CMOs, and CXOs.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills for handling complex engagements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Quick learner with strong intellectual curiosity.
  • High energy, drive, and personal commitment.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: digital marketing automation, web content management, personalization, ecommerce, web analytics and tag management, SaaS concepts, custom software development processes, Agile and scaled Agile delivery, technology project management, and governance.
  • Understanding of local regulations and business practices in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
  • Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.

Education and Experience

A degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS, consulting, or technology environment.
