Job Overview
The school seeks a full-time, permanent Principal to lead the institution's academic and administrative functions within the Education and Training sector. This position falls under the Administration & Staff role category.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate degree in any specialization such as M.Tech, M.Ch, MS/M.Sc (Science), M.Arch, MCA, M.A, MBA/PGDM, or M.Com.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized university, as per CBSE standards.
- A minimum of 7 years teaching experience in international or world schools, with preference given to candidates with IB or IGCSE curriculum experience.
- Age between 38 and 45 years.
Skills and Attributes
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and the incorporation of 21st-century skills and technology into the curriculum.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical and creative mindset.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of artificial intelligence, STEM and robotics, and coding.
