Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.
  • Establish a supportive and motivating classroom culture that encourages student growth.
  • Implement assessment methods to track and communicate student progress effectively.
  • Participate in collaborative curriculum planning and year-group teamwork.
  • Address students’ pastoral needs and uphold the school’s values and behavior policies.
  • Maintain open communication with parents about student achievements and improvements.
  • Engage in school-wide events, professional training, and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field accompanied by PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Prior experience teaching the English National Curriculum, ideally in an international school setting.
  • Strong classroom management abilities and focus on student well-being.
  • Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, and organizational tasks.
