Job Overview
The Arbor School seeks a compassionate, innovative, and reflective Primary Cover Class Teacher to foster a secure, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment supporting young learners to grow as confident, inquisitive, and autonomous thinkers.
This role involves designing developmentally suitable, engaging learning experiences aligned with the National Curriculum for England, utilizing effective planning and ongoing assessment. The teacher will support students' love of learning through exploration and structured play. Candidate Requirements
- Fluent English at a native level;
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or Bachelor’s plus PGCE with QTS or equivalent;
- Two or more years teaching experience in Key Stages 1 and/or 2 within British schools;
- Proven record of outstanding teaching and creating nurturing classroom atmospheres.
