Job description
Role overview
Stratpharma Australia is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to strengthen its Primary Care team in Brisbane North. The business offers clinically supported, evidence-based over-the-counter products across wound care, scar management, and oncology support for the Australian pharmacy and hospital sectors. This opportunity is open because of an internal promotion and combines two customer groups: the main focus is retail pharmacy, with a secondary responsibility for GP detailing, particularly women’s health GPs.
This role is suited to someone who wants to grow in pharmacy sales, whether you are currently a pharmacy sales assistant or retail manager ready to step into a representative position, or an experienced pharmacy representative seeking a fresh challenge. The company is looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and eager to represent brands that improve patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Brisbane North territory to expand product distribution, lift sales results, and increase market share.
- Develop and sustain trusted relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, retail managers, and women’s health GPs.
- Deliver effective merchandising activity, keep CRM data accurate, and use business insights to plan and refine territory strategy.
- Train customers on product features and usage so they can better recommend and sell the range.
Candidate profile
- A genuine drive to succeed, backed by a strong sales history; experience in pharmacy sales or GP sales will be highly valued.
- Clear communication skills with confidence in interpersonal conversations and negotiation.
- Good planning and organisational ability, including the capacity to prioritise work and operate independently.
- Interest in healthcare and a willingness to keep learning.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Benefits and growth
- A stable, full-time role with competitive pay in a business that is continuing to expand.
- Exposure to a supportive, high-performing national team with leadership invested in development and success.
- The chance to promote products that create meaningful benefits for patients.
- Access to ongoing training, national sales meetings, and structured professional development.
Eligibility and work rights
Only Australian citizens and permanent residents will be considered. Applicants must already have the right to live and work in Australia.
