About the Role
Integral Creative Solutions (ICS), a retained executive search and staffing firm, is partnering with a confidential client to identify a high-impact leader for the role of President of Global Strategic Alliances & Partnerships. This executive will join a well-supported leadership team and immediately influence the company's growth trajectory by managing and expanding its ecosystem of strategic partners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the comprehensive global strategy for strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Create and oversee the growth of the company’s partner ecosystem to extend business capabilities and global reach.
- Direct the design, negotiation, and governance of complex alliance agreements ensuring optimal collaboration and compliance.
- Manage value realization by tracking performance and delivering measurable outcomes across the alliance portfolio.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams from product, commercial, and legal departments to ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and commercial leaders to align alliance strategies with overall business objectives and report on results.
Candidate Profile
- Over 15 years of senior experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development efforts.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing high-value strategic alliances.
- Expertise in deal structuring and governance of complex partnership arrangements.
- Proven leadership skills in assembling and guiding strategic alliance teams.
- Strong strategic mindset, capable of prioritizing and balancing portfolio decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills suited for engaging with boards and investors.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; an MBA is highly preferred.
Additional Assets
- Experience orchestrating alliances at a global scale across multiple sectors.
- Background in developing platform or technology partner ecosystems.
- History of managing co-innovation or joint product partnerships.
- Previous leadership in strategic alliances within related industries.
