  • Lead and mentor a team of general managers and department heads, fostering leadership development and succession planning within business units.
  • Spot and leverage organic and acquisition-driven growth avenues, including entry into new markets, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Promote operational excellence by harmonizing standards across units, optimizing resource distribution, and enforcing robust performance metrics.
  • Serve as the main interface for business units with the CEO, board of directors, and investors, delivering comprehensive updates on performance and strategic undertakings.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess over 15 years of ascending operational leadership experience, with minimum 5 years managing multi-unit or multi-region P&L responsibilities at the VP or General Manager level or above.

  • Have significant experience leading international, diverse teams and operations distributed across countries.
  • Exhibit strategic acumen in setting priorities, capital allocation, and making portfolio decisions.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain senior leadership talent across operating groups.
  • Strong executive presence with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills suitable for board and investor interactions.
  • Hold at minimum a Bachelor's degree; a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent is highly preferred.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes following acquisitions.
  • Industry expertise in manufacturing, industrial, or technology fields.
  • Successful background in managing business turnarounds or rapidly scaling organizations.
  • Experience launching operations in new geographic regions internationally.
