About the Role
Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is a dedicated executive search firm collaborating with rapidly growing and large-scale organizations to secure top senior leadership talent. Our confidential client seeks to add a President to oversee multiple Global Business Units. This executive will have end-to-end responsibility for P&L, strategic direction, and operational outcomes, partnering closely with general managers and functional leaders to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full P&L accountability across several global business units, establishing clear revenue, margin, and growth objectives and ensuring leadership adherence.
- Translate overarching corporate strategies into actionable business unit plans, guiding market expansion efforts and portfolio development priorities.
- Lead and mentor a team of general managers and department heads, fostering leadership development and succession planning within business units.
- Spot and leverage organic and acquisition-driven growth avenues, including entry into new markets, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
- Promote operational excellence by harmonizing standards across units, optimizing resource distribution, and enforcing robust performance metrics.
- Serve as the main interface for business units with the CEO, board of directors, and investors, delivering comprehensive updates on performance and strategic undertakings.
Candidate Profile
- Possess over 15 years of ascending operational leadership experience, with minimum 5 years managing multi-unit or multi-region P&L responsibilities at the VP or General Manager level or above.
- Demonstrate a solid track record in scaling revenues and improving profit margins across varied business sectors.
- Have significant experience leading international, diverse teams and operations distributed across countries.
- Exhibit strategic acumen in setting priorities, capital allocation, and making portfolio decisions.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain senior leadership talent across operating groups.
- Strong executive presence with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills suitable for board and investor interactions.
- Hold at minimum a Bachelor's degree; a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent is highly preferred.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes following acquisitions.
- Industry expertise in manufacturing, industrial, or technology fields.
- Successful background in managing business turnarounds or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Experience launching operations in new geographic regions internationally.

- Competitive base salary ranging between $450,000 and $650,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
