About the Role
A rapidly expanding nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with disabilities is seeking a President / Chief Executive Officer to oversee daily operations and guide the organization's ongoing development. This leadership position offers the chance to enhance programs, optimize operational efficiency, and elevate service quality for children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operational activities of the organization.
- Formulate and implement both strategic and operational plans.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing teams.
- Promote a work culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continual improvement.
- Handle financial oversight, budgeting, facility management, and operational performance tracking.
- Set organizational goals and establish relevant performance indicators.
- Enhance existing systems, procedures, and infrastructure.
- Guarantee an outstanding experience for children, families, and community stakeholders.
- Support initiatives for long-term growth, program expansion, and strategic development.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and donors.

Preferred Experience
- Background in nonprofit entities, education, children’s museums, hospitality or guest services, recreation, sports, family entertainment, healthcare, or mission-driven organizations.
- Hospitality leadership experience is regarded as an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $145,000.
- Bonus opportunities linked to performance, with total compensation potentially exceeding $200,000.
