Role Overview

The President will oversee company operations, executing the founder’s vision through a structured and consistent operational plan applied across all venues. This is the top executive role in the organization, responsible for leading strategic decisions in operations, finance, branding, and guest experiences to ensure consistently outstanding hospitality aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to senior leaders and general managers across all properties, driving performance and operational excellence.
• Review and analyze financial and operational data to optimize guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Collaborate on brand development, market expansion, and capital project initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a people-first culture promoting talent growth, cross-team collaboration, and sustainable organizational expansion.
• Hold complete accountability for financial performance, operational execution, and culture health.
• Build operational systems, routines, and leadership capacity to support scalable growth while preserving core values.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in hospitality or related service industries managing multiple restaurant, bar, and/or hotel operations.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Expertise in guest experience management and brand stewardship, with ability to implement consistent service standards.
• Proven capabilities in team leadership, coaching, succession planning, and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.
• Experience with business development, partnerships, and market positioning in boutique or lifestyle hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with stakeholders, investors, vendors, and community partners.
• Comfortable utilizing data analysis and hospitality technology platforms for operational decision-making and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields; advanced degrees or equivalent executive experience valued.
• Deep knowledge of or strong passion for New Orleans culture and modern Southern hospitality, with a commitment to engage with the community.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000 annually, dependent on experience. The compensation package includes bonus opportunities, equity or profit-sharing arrangements, health insurance coverage, and 401(k) matching.
