Presales Executive

About the Role

Ambience Infra is looking for a female Presales Executive to join their Sales & Marketing department at Ambience Nature, located in Kachna, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This is a full-time onsite position requiring a minimum of 2 years experience in the real estate sector and a graduate degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with potential customers.
• Generate and assess leads from digital marketing efforts, property listing portals, and other channels.
• Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, amenities, and payment options to prospective clients.
• Arrange and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain persistent follow-ups with prospects to enhance conversion rates.
• Conduct post-visit follow-up calls to gather feedback, address concerns, gauge purchase intent, and collaborate with sales teams to boost conversions.
• Keep customer interactions and lead statuses updated in the CRM system.
• Coordinate effectively with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handling.
• Maintain accurate records related to customer inquiries and daily calling reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with potential buyers.

Additional Information

• Minimum experience: 2 years in real estate presales.
• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Salary range: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
