Post Sales Customer Relations Officer

About the Role

Ambience Infra is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to fulfill the position of Post Sales Customer Relations Officer. The primary responsibility is to manage communications and relationships with customers post sales closure, ensuring coordination among various departments for a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers after sales transactions are completed.
• Provide updates concerning payments, documentation, and the status of ongoing projects.
• Maintain effective and professional customer relationships at all times.
• Liaise closely with Sales, Accounts, Registry, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth processing of agreements and documentation.
• Monitor pending customer requests and ensure their timely resolution.
• Address customer queries or issues professionally, offering timely and accurate assistance.
• Manage follow-ups and escalate cases when necessary.
• Keep track of customer interactions and payment progress, preparing basic reports and follow-up updates.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of three years of experience in post sales or customer relations roles.
• Prior experience in the real estate or service sectors is advantageous.
• Graduate degree in any discipline is required.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
