Presales Consultant

Overview

The Presales Cyber Security Consultant leads technical design and delivery efforts on complex projects, aligning solutions with customer requirements, budgets, and technical viability. This role focuses on enhancing Salam’s service offerings through identifying technical and operational challenges and proposing strategic technical solutions to support customers' growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in responding to tenders and building alliances with third-party organizations.
• Deliver technical consulting services and assist in conducting informational seminars for clients.
• Perform desktop feasibility studies for services and coordinate with presales teams.
• Work across multiple disciplines including ICT architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.
• Design ICT solutions that effectively address business challenges and align with strategic goals to deliver business value.
• Build and maintain professional relationships internally and with clients by understanding their specific business contexts and needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to anticipate client requirements and help define and develop solutions.
• Work alongside project managers to ensure the efficient development, deployment, and support of information system solutions.
• Partner with account teams to achieve or surpass targets relating to revenue, products, customer satisfaction, and market share for assigned accounts.
• Contribute to the innovation of principles and ideas within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of telecommunication technologies.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
