About the Role
Join Hilti Ireland's team in Finglas, Dublin as a Pre-Qualification Agent within the Inside Sales department. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing sales team focused on innovative construction solutions. You will act as the initial contact for prospective clients, assessing their requirements and recommending tailored Hilti products, software, and services, including tools like ON!Track, Fieldwire, and VanGateway.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture an active portfolio of sales leads and customers.
- Qualify various sales opportunities including inbound, outbound, marketing, and digital leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their project needs and challenges.
- Spot and highlight potential opportunities across Hilti’s suite of products and services.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to transition qualified prospects effectively and assist in progressing deals.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and opportunity details.

Essential Qualifications
- Relevant experience in sales, sales development, or customer service from any sector.
- Authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
